Judith was born and grew up in Illinois and currently resides in Chicago. I am a graduate of DePaul University with a B.A. in Political Science and also participated in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. While participating in ROTC I took the oath of office when I was inducted into the Arnold Air Society and took this oath as well as the tenants of my faith to heart.
I am taking some time off of school in order to adjust to some changes in life and hopefully find new employment. I recently attended Keller Graduate School of Management in the joint MBA/MPA program.
Politically I have experienced an evolution going from Democrat to Republican to Independent. I have volunteered for candidates on both sides of the aisle. I have also completed internships for Sen. Richard J. Durbin, the Cook County Republican Party and at The Heartland Institute.
I currrently am carefully studying the financial crisis and started this blog to talk to others about the issues and share my journey to becoming a Financial Examiner. I am an admirer of Secretary Timothy F. Geithner and Lindsey O. Graham.
